I note the passing of my dear friend Dr. Wasley Krogdahl who
played an indispensable part in securing ballot access for the
Constitution Party in Kentucky year after year, beginning in
1992.
Dr. Krogdahl died on September 16, 2009 at the age of 90. A
native of Springfield, Illinois, he had been a Professor of
Astronomy at the University of Kentucky. He had a PhD in
Astrophysics, and was highly knowledgeable on economic affairs.
He was preceded in death by a son, John Anthony Krogdahl and
a brother, Paul Krogdahl. Survivors include his wife, Margaret
Kiess Krogdahl of Lexington, his daughter, Tina Krogdahl of
Lexington, his son, Matthew Wasley Krogdahl of Westwood New
Jersey, his grandson, Timothy Matthew Krogdahl, and his
sister-in-law, Norma Krogdahl of Corvallis, New Mexico.
Dr. Krogdahl was a great patriot and a dear friend.
